It all starts with an initial discussion that we like to keep very informal.  It enables you to meet us and for us to understand a bit more about what support you are looking for as well as learning more about the opportunities and challenges you face. 

We would then go away and pull together a bespoke proposal to highlight the areas where we believe we can help you. Our presentation back to you is in a menu format to enable you to choose what you want to use us for.  How much of our time you want is entirely up to you and remains flexible as work progresses. 

Alternatively, if you know exactly what you want and just need to meet us and confirm details, that's fine and we can move as quickly as you need us to.
